One man is surely not happy with
somebody and probably lacking the means of communicating to the
Economic and Financial Crimes Commission (EFCC),
he decided to do it in a unique way.
He
wrote his grievance on a board, pinned it to his wheelchair and has
been going round the streets of Kano, for all to see, hoping his message
will get to the appropriate authority.
